This sterling silver Mexican filigree turtle pin is a fabulous example of filigree work from the Yucatan region of Mexico. Carlos Ramos is the artist who created the filigree. Sr. Ramos has created filigree pieces for Pope John Paul, the cardinals of Mexico, the crown prince of Japan, President Bush and Princess Caroline of Monaco.
