Manuel Porcayo original design is quite memorable and dramatic. The fish design harkens back to Aztec and Maya times with historical records listing a jointed fish paid in tribute to Cortez by Montezuma of ingenious design. This pendant has double fashion mileage with the ability to wear the pendant with the turquoise side or the silver side showing. The fish pendant hangs from a black suede cord that can be tied to different lengths depending on your preference.

Details: The center fish pendant has a length of 3 3/4 inches from end of tail to nose tip. The pendant is 2 inches wide from one side of tail to the other. Necklace has a weight of 2.7 ounces. Markings are "Hecho a Mano .925" with a handprint logo. The necklace is composed of sterling silver with blue turquoise mosaic inlay. The fish pendent is jointed and does move. The black cord which the fish pendant is attached to is black suede with sterling silver beads at the tips for accents. The cord has length of 18 1/2 inches on each side for a total length of 37 inches.
