This classic necklace was originally designed by Hector Aguilar of the Taller Borda during the golden age of silver jewelry production in Taxco . The design was named the “fertility” necklace and is featured in the book “The Silver Masters of Mexico” by Penny Morrill on page 28. This necklace is large in scale and would be best for a women who wants to make a bold statement. Sr. Jose Luis Flores has recreated the necklace beautifully with full attention to detail and quality in sterling silver. Sr. Luis was a master silversmith and designer for many years at the Taller Borda and is currently in his 80’s.
