Antonio Pineda was one of the founding fathers of modernist design in silver jewelry in Taxco, Mexico. His jewelry has been featured in numerous museum exhibitions and publications. Recently, Antonio Pineda jewelry was featured in the Fowler Museum of Art and the International Folk Art Museum in Santa Fe.

The earrings are composed of sterling silver and have original screw backs. It is not recommended to convert these earrings to posts as it would obscure the hallmarks.
