Hector Aguilar Sterling Silver Pre-Columbian Design Earrings by Maestro Jose Luis Flores
These earrings are a recreation of a Hector Aguilar design from the golden period of Taxco jewelry production. Hector Aguilar was an early apprentice of Willliam Spratling and left to establish the Taller Borda in 1939. Sr. Aguilar utilized pre-Columbian motifs extensively in his designs and these earrings are a fabulous example. The earrings have been flawlessly recreated by Maestro Jose Luis Flores who worked with Hector Aguilar for many years. Quality and attention to detail are very evident in the earrings.
