This modernist sterling silver bracelet was originally designed by Antonio Pineda of Taxco, Mexico. Antonio Pineda and Sigi Pineda were the founding fathers of modernist design in Taxco, Mexico for silver jewelry. Antonio Pineda jewelry features sculptural detail reflecting his training in sculpture prior to becoming a jewelry designer. Antonio Pineda jewelry was sold in some of the finest retail outlets in the U.S. This vintage piece was recreated with full attention to detail and quality by the studio of Los Ballesteros in Taxco, Mexico.

Details: Bracelet has a wearable length of 8 1/4 inches and is 1 3/8 inches at it's widest in the front of the bracelet. Weight is 84 grams or 3 ounces. Markings are "MM34 Mexico .925". The bracelet is composed of sterling silver and amethyst. Closure is with a tongue in box & a safety chain is also present. "MM34" is the hallmark for the studio of Los Ballesteros.
